Ours began with two hearts, Silvia and Massimo, united by love and the desire to create a place capable of expressing the beauty of our land.
Among the rows of vines, we learned that every season brings change. The vine renews itself, the wind changes direction, and nature teaches us that evolving doesn't mean forgetting one's roots, but deepening them even further.
Love is like this, too. It grows, matures, and always finds new ways to tell its story. And it's precisely when a story grows that it also finds the most authentic way to express its essence.
Thus Tenuta SIMA was born.

Here at the estate, we offer a unique blend of relaxation, comfort, and authentic Tuscan hospitality. Our relais features six elegantly furnished accommodations with modern comforts and a panoramic swimming pool overlooking the rolling hills — an idyllic retreat for those seeking peace and nature.

Guests can enjoy unforgettable experiences through our wine and olive oil tastings, discovering the true flavors of our land. Our wines and extra virgin olive oil are the result of careful cultivation and a deep respect for nature.

We also offer exclusive cooking classes, where you’ll learn to create traditional Tuscan and Italian dishes — from fresh pasta to baked delicacies and homemade sauces — all crafted with seasonal local ingredients.

A name that unites Silvia and Massimo, inspired by an ancient tradition of elegance that places the woman's name before the man's. A small gesture that, for us, speaks to the value of love, respect, and always walking side by side.
Here, our dream continues. Among the vineyards, in the scent of the harvest, in the daily work, and in the joy of welcoming those who choose to share with us a glass of wine, a sunset, and a moment to remember.
